Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation to confirm your booking. Full payment must be made prior to the trek as per the specified deadline. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be issued as per the following schedule:

• 30+ days before trek: 75% refund (excluding deposit)
• 15-29 days before trek: 50% refund
• 0-14 days before trek: No refund No refunds will be provided for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.

Health & Safety

Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions and provide necessary medical clearance. Mountain Watch Trek reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals deemed unfit for the trek. Trekking involves inherent risks; participants must follow guide instructions for safety. Emergency evacuation costs are the responsibility of the participant.

Itinerary & Changes

The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, natural disasters, political events, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any additional costs arising from such changes will be the responsibility of the participant.

Insurance

Participants must have valid travel insurance covering trekking-related activities, medical emergencies, and evacuation. Mountain Watch Trek is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the trek.

 Conduct & Responsibilities

Participants are expected to respect local customs, guides, and fellow trekkers. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the trek without refund. 6.3. Participants must adhere to environmental conservation principles and leave no trace behind.

Liability Waiver

Mountain Watch Trek is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damages incurred during the trek. Participants agree to undertake the trek at their own risk and release Mountain Watch Trek from any claims arising from participation.

 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal/Kathmandu. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
