How to reach Pokhara from Mardi Himal?

Upon completion of the trek in Sidding, trekkers can get the jeep. The agency will arrange the four-wheel jeep as the road is still off road and require such jeep. The journey from Sidding to Pokhara is about 2 to 3 hours depending upon the road condition and traffic.

What is the difficulty level of Mardi Trek?

There are many uphill sections but these sections are not steeply uphill. The trail is well maintained. The two overnight tea house distance is not far and you can easily complete the trek if you walk for about 5 to 6 hours a day. However, the most challenging day is the day of Upper View Point Hike and return trek to Low Camp. Overall, the difficulty level of Mardi Trek is fairly easy!

Day 1: Drive to Kande; Trek to Forest Camp

Day 2: Trek to Baadal Danda

Day 3: Trek to High Camp

Day 4: Trek to Upper View Point; Trek Low Camp

Day 5: Trek to Sidding; Drive to Pokhara

We will be traveling to Kande whether on a bus or on a jeep. The journey is majestic from Kande to Deurali via the Australian Camp. We will stop at Deurali and have lunch before starting our uphill trek towards the Forest Camp. The trail is well maintained and we will be walking through green lush forests. The trek begins after breakfast at around 7 am in the morning. The trail is serene through the thick green lush forests with occasional sighting of mountains and cascading hills. Once we reach the Baadal Danda the scenery becomes wide as we can enjoy the scenery of hills below clouds. It is the magnificent place to spend overnight. Overnight in a tea house

We will start the trekking after breakfast and it is the most important day of our trek. The trail is serene through the thick green lush forests with occasional sighting of mountains and cascading hills. Early in the morning before dawn we will trek uphill to the Upper View Point. It takes about 2 to 2.5 hours to reach the Upper View Point from High Camp. We will enjoy the majestic sunrise and take a sip of tea in the view point. After spending about an hour in the top we will descend back to high camp for breakfast. After the breakfast, we will trek downhill to Baadal Danda or Low Camp. Our trekking guide will decide where to stay overnight according to your physical situation. Overnight in a tea house
